Hi friend! My name is Alisha, first and most importantly I am a woman of God. I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ who saved me as a small child. I have been married to (in my heart) the greatest man there is for 20 years. We have 4 children whom we consider a joy and commitment to teaching them the ways of the Lord. I was a hairstylist for over 15 years, when out of nowhere I was diagnosed with the end stages of Leukemia. It’s a miracle I’m alive, and I live each day in gratitude I get to remain on this side of Heaven, for now. My faith was deeply tested, yet strengthened after my cancer journey. God set me on a path different than I expected, and I am now attending college full-time to pursue a degree in Christian Counseling. When I’m not doing school work you can find me in the kitchen baking sourdough, fishing in the great Northwest, worshiping God with my voice (I love to sing!), or having a dance party in the kitchen with my kids. On top of all the hard trials I’ve been through, life is still beautiful and fun and invigorating.
